If you haven't had a chance yet to make your Passports with Purpose donation to build libraries in Zambia, now is the best time to do so! Our fundraiser ends on Friday. This week, I will be matching one lucky reader's donation (up to $200) by making a contribution to Room to Read. That means up to 20 extra prize entries for one reader! Since I cannot win any of the prizes, the reader will get to choose which prize drawings to enter.
Here's what you need to do:
- Visit our prize list.
- Come back here and tell me what your favorite prize is. If you entered, tell me that too.
- For an extra entry, post on Facebook and let your friends know what your favorite prize is. Link to the Passports with Purpose website in your facebook post. Your post might say something like
I just entered to win 4 nights at the Honua Kai Resort in Maui by making a $10 donation to help build libraries in Zambia. Go here to see the full list of prizes
- If you post on Facebook, let me know about that too!
I'm making a bet that once you see all the great prizes, you won't be able to resist helping build this school. Donations go directly to Room to Read and each $10 you donate enters you to win the prize of your choice.
Winners
I will choose a winner randomly from the people who comment on this post before 11:59PM PST on Thursday Dec 15. I will announce the results here on Friday Dec 16 2009. If you win, I will ask you to tell me which prizes on the Passports With Purpose website you would like to be entered to win.

Please, only one comment per person per giveaway post (except as outlined above). Duplicate comments and Anonymous comments will be discarded. Please make sure that the email address in your comment form is valid (email addresses are never public). Winners must claim their prize within three business days after the date of notification of such prize. A Sweepstakes winner's failure to respond to the prize notification within the specified three business days will be considered such Sweepstakes winner's forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Not easy to pick ONE favorite!! I do like your favorite of the Maui resort, but the Luxury Big Island Getaway is my favorite because I have not been to the Big Island and am longing to go. I put $10 on that and spread another $40 around.

There are so many great prizes for such a great cause! The one I really like is the 2 night Hotel stay and Tasting Menu at Rosewood Hotel Georgia, Vancouver.
I have been wanting to revisit Vancouver for a while now. There are so many fun things to do there. Drew and I put some money on this and money on many other wonderful prizes.

Agree. It's not easy to pick just one. But I pick A Four Night Stay at Aqua Boutique Hotels on Oahu because we love Oahu!

I thought I had made all my donations but Lara and Terry thwarted me by adding a late prize, so now I've donated a further $10.
I'm really keen to win the HomeAway voucher hosted by Pam.

There are so many great prizes, I had a hard time narrowing it down to the 11 that I listed on my donation.But out of all of them, I guess the prize that would make me happiest of all is 3 Nights in Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans. I'd love to surprise my husband with a romantic getaway on our 18th Anniversary!

I love the idea of a staycation in Seattle. We'd hop on a bus from our house and head right down to the Four Seasons for two nights. Cross your fingers...

Hard decisions... I think it's a split between the banff wilderness tour and the big island hotel package. Nice that I can try for both!
