San Antonio Hotel and Attractions Giveaway ($550 Value)

I ran a giveaway last year for a vacation to San Antonio, and I just loved hearing back from the winner about what a great trip she had! Frankly, I'm a little jealous - as a BBQ lover, a trip to San Antonio has been on my "bucket list" for a while now and I'm hoping to make a trip with my kids soon. So when the San Antonio Visitor's Bureau asked whether I'd be interested in giving away a San Antonio Vacation Package to one lucky reader again this year, I jumped at the chance!

A fun family activity we did recently that's close to both Austin and San Antonio is the Exotic Resort Zoo in Johnson City. My daughter loved that she got to see the animals up close on the safari and even feed them right out of her hand.

One of our favorite places to go in Downtown Houston,TX is the Downtown Aquarium. They have lots of fun carnival type games and great exhibits on select weekends. The restaurant is also amazing! The prices are a little high, but the food and service is top notch! Plus they have a huge aquarium full of fish in the middle of the restaurant. My son loves to watch the fish while he's waiting for our food to arrive.
