When my husband and I made our first trip to Africa in 2001 I poured over any images I could find that would help me wrap my head around what it would feel like to be there. There really wasn't much available, and the web was still very text based. Eleven years later, it's as simple as doing a few searches, even though most Zambians aren't connected to the Internet, travelers have brought back photos and videos help us understand what their world looks, sounds and feels like.
