This is a great pizza experience. All locations (it is a regional chain with additional locations in St. Louis) I have been to have a kitchen with one half-glass wall allowing patrons to watch the entire pizza-making process. The dough-guy (or girl) is usually right in front of the window throwing the dough into the air, spinning it out into a disc shape, and pressing it into a pizza pan. My 3-year-old LOVES watching the pizza being made! Waiting for a table is not so bad when the kiddos are mesmerized by flying dough. Now for the best part: the food is AWESOME, the drink selection (beer, wine, soft drinks) is extensive, and the desserts are brought in from a local bakery. They have a seasonal pizza which is unique and always a great addition to their already delicious menu. Our current favorite: the meatball pizza (a former seasonal they brought back because so many people requested it!)...yummy!
